project coordinator
catchfire is a Minneapolis-based ad agency. Whether it be print, web, mobile, video or motion graphics we believe in doing our best on every project.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with the coordination of resources, tasks, meetings and information. Since COVID, we’ve been working remotely and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future.
You’ll be expected to:
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Traffic projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Be in charge of quality control before sending projects to clients
Required qualifications:
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
